Initialization of a ZMS client by selection of the ZMS object
Installation instructions for SuSE / Red Hat Linux
Install ZMS for current Linux distributions such as SuSE 7.2 or Red Hat.
Installation of ZMS
- Download the data file zms_build_xxx.zip in our download area with the ZMS product (Push right mouse button and select "save data file at...").
- Unpack the data file: unzip zms_build_xxx.zip
- Copy the directory zms/ to $ZOPE_HOME/lib/python/Products/ (if necessary overwrite already existing folder zms/).
- Restart the ZOPE for the installation of the ZMS product!
Application of a new ZMS object
- Apply a new ZMS object (generally the default adjustments can be kept).
- Go to your new ZMS object.
- Now you are in the edit interface and can work with ZMS!
