• Multi-client website for the administration of the university of Cologne
  The Information and Communication Technology Commission (IuK) for Higher Education of the state North Rhine-Westphalia has awarded the ZMS based implementation methodology and technology. The department-specific web activities have been clustered and integrated in a multi-client hierarchy resp. maintained via a homogeneous CMS. The project has started with a departmental enabling (on-site coaching, training, joint project initialising) and has been realized primarily by internal staff resp. accompanying coaching measures. Relaunch has been Q1/2003.

  Portal website for the manifold service spectrum of the University and City Library Cologne (USB). The USB is the central library of the University of Cologne and serves especially the members and institutes of the university, but also the citizens of Cologne and the region as well as numerous other customers. The USB together with the institutes´ libraries is responsible for providing information and literature at the University of Cologne.

• Web portal for exchange students of the Johannes Kepler University (JKU) Linz, Austria
  Setup of a hierarchically organisized service portal for the university Linz. Excusively Open Source Products are used; the hosting is taken over by the in-house computer center.

• BBZV - Vocational Training Centre in Valmiera / Latvia
  Setup of a Learning Content Management System for education and vocational training in Latvia. The project is sponsored by GTZ - Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit and targets the efficient production of eLearning content and interactions of the course participants.

• Symposium 'Enhancing Sustainability and Effectivity of Training and Education by Online Learning'
  Coordination and publishing platform for an international symposium about the topic "eLearning" (80 participants from Asia, Africa, Europe, USA/Latin America); the event takes place in terms of 'blendend learning' via presence encounters as well as electronic units. The website serves as a central contact point for the participants.

• Project website for a "Human Resource Development Programme" of the Indian Central Pollution Control Board
  The aim of the mutual activity of the 9 participating institutions is the establishment of a publishing process for actual environmental figures (Zoning Atlas) summarized in an annual report of the Federal Department of the Environment. On the one hand the publishing system serves for the representation of the project within the scope of the international collaboration and on the other hand it is the producing surrounding for the data of the annual report. Further ZMS serves for content filling of a training portal of the public and private training institutions. The training institutions publish their training offer and the project progress in decentral project teams.
