The ZMS developers will support you to ensure the Internet resp. intranet operation and help with words and deeds when adaptations and corrections are needed.
Basic package
- 24h-eMail-support resp. exclusive online-help-desk for up to 10 requests/month
- continuous update of the manual in PDF version
- software development services/update support to the extent of maximum 1 person day/month
- current information about new modules/features
Costs with a minimum run-time of six months: 1500 EUR/month
As basic-package-customer you receive 20 percent discount on further trainings and customizing services:
1. training day 1200 EUR instead of 1500 EUR
2. software development/template customizing/graphical design: 800 EUR instead of 1000 EUR
