Performances and Costs of the Professional Services

The ZMS developers will support you to ensure the Internet resp. intranet operation and help with words and deeds when adaptations and corrections are needed.

Basic package

  1. 24h-eMail-support resp. exclusive online-help-desk for up to 10 requests/month
  2. continuous update of the manual in PDF version
  3. software development services/update support to the extent of maximum 1 person day/month
  4. current information about new modules/features

Costs with a minimum run-time of six months: 1500 EUR/month

As basic-package-customer you receive 20 percent discount on further trainings and customizing services:
1. training day 1200 EUR instead of 1500 EUR
2. software development/template customizing/graphical design: 800 EUR instead of 1000 EUR
