Listing documents for resubmission

To declare a date for resubmission the document model is enhanced with a meta attribute 'DC.Date.Valid'. The action 'manage_dcDateValid' lists the objects in the defined resubmission interval and at the same time allows a selective extension of the resubmission date.

Installation: The XML configuration file for the meta element and the XML file for the action is located in the download zip; with the files 'meta data' and 'actions' are imported into the corresponding configuration menus.

The action "resubmission" shows the documents to be revised.

Note: Alternatively the standard atrribute 'attr_active_end' can be inserted for the resubmission; this causes - in opposite to a newly applied (arbitrary) attribute - that when the resubmission date is exceeded the document automatically is deactivated resp. no longer published.
