Dialogue Window exemplified by a Thesaurus

The object example presented here is a default from the ZMS distribution; it illustrates the creation of interactive dialogues for the processing interface of special objects by means of a small Thesaurus

Installation: Import as file or per select 'thesaurus.metaobject.xml' into configuration menu 'Special Objects'

Selection of that DTML method that shall fill the dialogue window.


Working with the dialogue element: the element consists of a text field and a popup button. The resulting popup window can take over any content per defined DTML method, e.g. a selection list. The selected element is given back to the original window (opener) per Javascript.
Note: the dialogue is operational not until the object is installed.
