myZMStheme4: Dark-blue/Signet with channel nav. (on top)

With the implementation of ZMS 2.0 the template set myZMStheme4 with channel navigation (on top) was taken out of the standard distribution but of course it can be integrated furthermore in the initialization of ZMS.

Installation: Unzip the file myZMStheme4.zip with WinZip. Copy the unzipped files myZMStheme4.zexp in the directory $ZMS_HOME/import and Screen_myZMStheme4.jpg in the directory $ZMS_HOME/images. After new start of Zope the template set now can be selected with the initialization of a new ZMS instance.
