Introduction of a consistent link in a text section

A link shall be inserted directly in a text and use the ZMS link object for the link consistency.

Solution: [Ab ZMS 2.1-116m#30] Call of the link object per DTML code: the link code can be generated with the link-popup very easily by marking a textstring and clicking on the target object in the popup.
ZMS validates the links through parsing when calling resp. saving the content object; defective link targets are marked by a special syntax and so "neutralized" (i.e. with renewed object call the futile link target will not be searched again).
